Cliff Lee goes up against Josh Beckett. Josh Beckett got into some early trouble, in the second inning Domonic Brown hit a two run Homer. Three innings later, Cliff Lee hit a sacrifice fly to left field to left field. One inning later Shane Victorino hit a two run homer to make it a five to nothing game.
Cliff Lee gets a shutout and a win he improves to nine and five. Beckett gets the loss he is now six and three.
Cliff is truly a "gamer" he comes to not only pitch but he expects to contribute with his bat, which is apparent by his rbi's this year.
