Pillies go Down 3 Straight

The Philadelphia Phillies have lost three games in a row one to the Milwaukee brewers and two to the Houston Astros.

The first loss of the three was against the brewers when they lost against Milwaukee's Y.Glllardo and Philadelphia's 12-1 rookie V.Worley(now 12-2) by a score of three to two. The Phillie's had the lead most of the game until the eigth inning when V.Worley gave up the winning run to N. Morgan.

The next loss came aginst the Astros when they lost 5-1 with Roy Oswalt pitching for the Phillies( Oswalt is a former Astro. Brett Myers was pitching the Astros. The astros were winning the whole entire game. The Phillies did not once have the lead.

In the third game the Phillies lost 5-2, with all star Cole Hamels pitching. The Astros had former Philly pitching J.A Happ. The Phillies were hanging on by a few runs and at some points in the game by one point or tied.

  1. The good news is that Big Roy pitched a shut out gem today and the Phillies won 1 to zip...they are traveling back to Philly tonight and I'm certain we'll see the offense back tomorrow for their 10 game homestand!
