Manning receives offer

In football so far only two people have received exclusive offers Micheal Vick for the Eagles and Peyton Manning for the Colts. Peyton Manning's contract with the Indianapolis Colts has come to an end. The Colts are looking to resign Manning for a 23 million under the present. They want to give him a long term contract.
