spring training opener
The Philadelphia Phillies play the New York Yankees in the spring training opener in George Stienbrenner field in Florida. The New York Yankees are trying out B. Colone for his first time playing in the M.L.B. In that game Gorge Stienbrenner was honored before that game. Because it was the first spring training game since George Stienbrenner died when he was 80.

I watched much of this game yesterday...and it made me feel wonderful.......spring really is right around the corner.....can't wait to get to Clearwater on 3/17 to catch a few Phillies games at Bright House Field.
